Septembra pirmā pilnā nedēļas nogale tuvojas ar diviem turnīriem, kam ir viens būtisks vienojošs nosacījums,- gan "Ozo" laukumā sestdien paredzētais "Tark Grunte Sutkiene Open" un dienu vēlāk "Viesturos" gaidāmajā "Veselības centra 4" kausa izcīņā daļa spēlētāju būs rīkotāju ielūgti, tādēļ vakances var beigties ātrāk kā citkārt.
"Tark Grunte Sutkiene Open" gaidīs golferus, kas sasnieguši 21 gada vecumu, bet turnīra ieskaitē divas handikapa grupas spēlēs stableford. Īpaša balva gaidīs labāko juristu savu kolēģu konkurencē.
Ar nonākšanu gaidīšanas listē jārēķinās "Veselības centra 4" kausa izcīņas potenciālajiem dalībniekiem, jo pirmdien pievakarē bija palikušas vairs tikai dažas brīvas vietas. Taču organizatori drošina pieteikties gaidīšanas listē, jo līdzšinējā prakse rāda, ka ne visas rīkotāju īpaši rezervētās vietas tiek arī aizpildītas. Tādēļ no gaidīšanas listes spēlēt, iespējams, varēs tikt pat diviem cipariem rakstāms golferu skaits. Spēlētāju sarakstā iekļuvušo golferu sarakstu publicēs savlaicīgi uzreiz pēc izlozes.
"Veselības centra 4" kausa īpašniekus noteiks stableford spēlē divās HCP grupās kungiem, atsevišķā vērtējumā dāmām, kā arī apvienotajā U-21 vecuma golferu konkurencē.

Regulations of the Tournament
1. Management
Tournament is being held and organised by the Official Tournament Committee of Ozo Golf Club.

2. Date and place of the tournament
7 September 2013, Ozo Golf Club, Milgravja str. 16, Riga
Registration from 9.30 a.m., start at 11.00 a.m. Shot Gun
3. Participation
3.1. Maximum number of competitors: 100. All competitors must be at least 21 years old.
3.2. Two HCP groups: HCP 1-18 and HCP 19-36.
3.3. Participants are advised to bring their HCP cards to the Tournament. After the Tournament, competitors with LGF HCP cards will be granted LGF rating points.
4. Form and rules
4.1. The Tournament will be held in accordance with Rules of Golf, approved by the Royal and Ancient Golf Club of St. Andrews and the local rules of Ozo Golf Club.
4.2. Form of the Tournament is Stableford.
4.3. According to the draw, each competitor will be given a hole from which he/she will start the game. There will be maximum 4 competitors at each hole.
4.4. All competitors start playing at the same time.
4.5. The winners will be announced by HCP groups.
4.6. Women play from red tee-off places. The rest of the competitors play from yellow tee-off places.
4.7. After the Tournament, each competitor presents his or her play card to the Official Tournament Committee at the Ozo Golf Club reception.
5. Winners
5.1. In each HCP group, the winner is the competitor who scores the highest number of Stableford points. The first three best players of the day are awarded. The winner of the group is awarded the TARK GRUNTE SUTKIENE Open Cup.
5.2. The best women golfer and the best golfer between lawyers will be awarded with special prizes.
5.3. If more than one competitor shares the same number of points, the winner is determined on the basis of the best score of Stableford points for the last nine holes (10-18).
5.4. If the number of points is still equal, the winner is determined on the basis of the best score of Stableford points for the last six holes (13-18).
5.5. If the results are still equal, the winner is determined on the basis of the best score of Stableford points for the last three holes (16-18).
5.6. If the results are still equal, the winner is determined on the basis of the best score of Stableford points for the last hole (18).
5.7. If the results are still equal, the competitors replay the 18th hole on the basis of the “sudden death” principle.
5.8. Each competitor MUST mark the balls the player plays.
6. Entry and draw
6.1. Competitors should apply for the Tournament by 3 September 2013, 2:00 p.m. either by email janeli.jallai@tgslegal.com (Estonia), dina.ramane@tgslegal.com (Latvia), mantas.gostautas@tgslegal.com (Lithuania) or at the reception of Ozo Golf Club by phone + 371 6739 4399.
The draw is open and ultimate and will be held on 4 September 2013 by 12.00 pm.
6.2. Organizers reserve the right to include their guests to the tournament and the number of open registrations may be limited.
7. Starting time
7.1. Starting time is set according to the paragraph #2 above.
7.2. Each competitor shall arrive in time.
7.3. Competitors are not allowed to switch the hole they start the game, it can only be allowed by the Tournament Committee.
7.4. If a competitor fails to observe the rules, he or she may continue competing but will not be entitled to any of the awards of the particular tournament.
8. Participation fee and green fee
The following fees apply to the competitors of the Tournament: green fee – LVL 20, participation fee – LVL 15.
For the members of Ozo Golf Club and the holders of season cards, only the participation fee of LVL 15 applies.

SACENSĪBU NOLIKUMS
1.Vadība
1.1. Sacensības organizē Veselības centrs 4. Orgkomitejas priekšsēdētājs -Ģirts Rēvalds.
1.2.Sacensības organizē un tiesāšanu nodrošina golfa laukuma “Viesturi” sacensību komiteja. Galvenais tiesnesis – Dāvis Puksts.
2.Sacensību vieta un laiks
Sacensības notiek Golfa laukumā Viesturi svētdien, 2013.gada 08.septembrī.
3. Dalībnieki
3.1.Sacensības notiek Dāmu, Kungu un Jauniešu konkurencē .
3.2 Spēlētājiem 2013. gada HCP aktivizētas kartes obligātas.
3.3. Dalībnieku skaits – 56 (reģistrācijas apstiprinājums pēc pirmās rokas principa – medicīnas darbiniekiem priekšroka).
3.4.Spēlētāji ar HCP lielāku par 36, spēlē ar HCP 36.
4.Sacensību formāts un noteikumi
4.1.Sacensības notiek saskaņā ar Karaliskā un Antīkā Sentendrjūsas Golfa kluba apstiprinātiem golfa noteikumiem un golfa laukuma Viesturi vietējiem noteikumiem.
4.2. Sacensību formāts
4.2.1. Spēlē 18 bedres.
4.2.2. Sacensības notiek 4 handikapa grupās,:
1.grupa – Dāmas – HCP 0-36.0 - Stableford
2.grupa – Kungi- HCP 0 – 15.4 – Stableford
3.grupa – Kungi – HCP 15.5 – 36.0 – Stableford
4.grupa – Jaunieši- meitenes un zēni kopā, U-21- 0-36.0 - Stableford
4.3. Tee: Kungi – Dzeltenās, Dāmas un Kundzes – Sarkanās, Seniori ( no 55 gadiem ) – Zilās, Jaunieši ( līdz 12 gadiem ) – Sarkanās. Latvijas Juniora izlases dalībnieki spēlē no dzeltenajām (puiši) un zilajām (meitenes) izsitienu vietām.
4.4. Sacensību laiks 1 spēlētāju grupai ne vairāk kā 5 stundas, vienas bedrītes izspēlei 15 minūtes.
4.5. Ja vairāki spēlētāji dala pirmo, otro vai trešo vietu, par uzvarētāju tiek pasludināts spēlētājs ar zemāku HCP. Ja uzvarētāju HCP ir vienādi, tad notiek “pēkšņās nāves” pārspēle. Pārspēle notiek uz 9.bedrītes, ja uzvarētājs nav noteikts, izspēle tiek atkārtota uz 9.bedrītes utt.
4.6. Bumbiņu marķēšana obligāta.
4.7. Viesturu laukuma Slope index tiek piemērots.
4.8. Sacensības tiek iekļautas LGF reitingā.
5.Pieteikšanās un izloze
5.1.Spēlētājam ir pienākums pieteikties uz sacensībām līdz ceturtdienai, 05.septembrim, plkst.16.00, mob.tel.26444390.
5.2. Izloze notiek pamatojoties uz spēlētāju HCP. Izloze notiek 2013.g. 05.septembrī plkst.16.00.
6.Starta laiks
6.1.Starts notiks saskaņā ar izlozi sākot no plkst. 10:00 Informācija - www.golfs.lv vai mob.tel.26444390.
6.2. Katrs spēlētājs pats ir atbildīgs par ierašanos uz savu starta laiku un vietu. Reģistrācija 30 minūtes pirms starta.
7.Dalības maksa
7.1. Sacensību dalības maksa katram spēlētājam 15,-Ls.
7.2. Golfa kluba Viesturi biedriem 50% atlaide (2013. gada biedra kartes obligātas).
7.3. Pusdienas iekļautas cenā. Pusdienas nodrošina Golfa laukuma Viesturi restorāns – Krogs „Vecmeita ar kaķi”.
7.4. Green fee 15,-Ls. Golfa laukuma Viesturi sezonas karšu īpašniekiem, Latvijas junioru izlasei un „Davis Golf Style Academy” Junioru programmas dalībniekiem Green fee par brīvu.
