Apliecinot golfa piederību nopietniem sporta veidiem, Francijas Golfa federācija informē visus savus kolēģus citās valstīs par nepieciešamību oficiālu sacensību dalībniekiem iesniegt veselības sertifikātu. Sākot ar šo sezonu jebkurā oficiālā turnīrā Francijā var piedalīties golferis, kam ir ārsta apstiprināta atļauja nodarboties ar šo sporta veidu.

Pēc Francijas likumdošanā paredzētajiem nosacījumiem bez šādas izziņas dalība sacensībās, ieskaitot klubu turnīrus, tiks liegta.

Līdzīgas prasības ir spēkā visos sporta veidos, un organizatori, kas nepieprasa izziņu par dalībnieka medicīnisko stāvokli tiek uzskatīti par bezatbildīgiem.

Jebkāda apdrošināšana, kas garantē segt medicīniskos izdevumus Francijā netiek uzskatīta par alternatīvu un neatbrīvo spēlētāju no prasības iesniegt medicīnisko izziņu.

MEDICAL CERTIFICATE OF NO CONTRAINDICATION  TO THE PRACTICE OF GOLF     According to our French laws and rules, a Medical Certificate is required for all players entering an International Championship or National Competition in France including Clubs’ competitions.     This measure is to be used in all sports and by all competitions’ organizers who can be recognized as responsible.     Therefore, the French Golf Federation has taken the decision to oblige each player having this certificate to be allowed to play the French International Championships even if the player is well insured when he travels abroad and if his medical assistance covers all expenses.     Consequently, you will find hereunder a form-sheet, model of  “Medical Certificate”.     You must send this Medical Certificate to :   FRENCH GOLF FEDERATION Direction Sportive 68, rue Anatole France 92309 LEVALLOIS PERRET CEDEX  - FRANCE Fax : 33 / 1 41 49 77 22 Email : sportif@ffgolf.org
