Augusta pirmā nedēļas nogale golferiem piedāvā dažādas iespējas izmēģināt spēkus laukumā sacensību apstākļos. Piemēram, "Ozo" laukumā sestdien risināsies "Viasat/Virši-A" Latvijas ģimeņu čempionāts, svētdien "Viesturos" risināsies kluba čempionāts sadarbībā ar sporta bāru "Arēna 29", bet "Ozo" nedēļu noslēgs ar "Turkish Airlines" Pasaules golfa kausa kvalifikācijas turnīra izspēli.
Ar sacensību nolikumiem var iepazīties zemāk. Būtiski arī atcerēties, ka "Alandeko" Latvijas match-play čempionātā kungiem ir noslēgusies pirmā kārta, un sākas nākamās cīņas.

1.Vadība
Sacensības organizē un tiesāšanu nodrošina Ozo Golf Club sacensību komiteja.
2.Laiks un vieta
Sacensības notiek Ozo Golfa Kluba laukumā 2015. gada 6. augustā. Sākums plkst. 8:30 no visām bedrītēm reizē (shot gun), saskaņā ar izlozi.
3.Dalībnieki
3.1.Sacensības notiek pāru (ģimeņu) ieskaitē. Komandā – 2 spēlētāji.
3.2.Spēlētājiem HCP kartes obligātas.
3.3.Kopējais dalībnieku skaits ne vairāk par 72 (reģistrācijas apstiprinājums pēc pirmās rokas principa). Piedalās tikai amatieri. Sacensības ir atklātas un tajās var piedalīties arī LR rezidenti.
3.4.Ģimenes statuss – pirmās pakāpes radinieki (mamma, tētis, brālis, māsa). Iespējams dažādu paaudžu komandu veidošana (vecvecāki, mazbērni).
4.Sacensību formāts un noteikumi
4.1. Sacensības notiek saskaņā ar Karaliskā un Sentendrjūsas Golfa kluba apstiprinātiem golfa noteikumiem un Ozo Golf Club vietējiem noteikumiem.
4.2. Sacensību formāts: pāris (ģimene) spēlē pēc principa scramble (labākā bumba), stroke (sitienu spēle) ieskaitē.
Piemēram: kad komandas abi spēlētāji ir veikuši savus sitienus, komanda nolemj – kura būs tā bumba, ko viņi izvēlēsies spēlēt tālāk. Abi spēlētāji no izvēlētās vietas atkal izpilda sitienus, un tā tas turpinās līdz bedrītes izspēlei. Otru bumbu var novietot uz zāles tikai tad, ja izvēlētā bumba atrodas fairway (feirveja)vai uz grīna. Visos citos gadījumos (ja izvēlētā bumba ir rough (rafā), bunkurā, hazardā un citur)- otra bumba ir jādropē. Ja izvēlēta tiek bumba rafā, tad tā ir jāspēlē pirmā un tikai pēc tam komanda var spēlēt otru bumbu. Uz grīna un feirveja sitienu kārtību nosaka pati komanda.
4.3. Sievietes un juniori līdz 12 gadiem spēlē no sarkanajām izsitienu vietām. Pārējie – no dzeltenajām izsitienu vietām.
4.4. Pēc sacensībām komanda savu spēles karti nodod sacensību komitejai kluba recepcijā (rezultātu apkopošanai).
5. Vietu dalīšana
5.1. Uzvar komanda, kura savāc vismazāk sitienu.
5.2. Ja vairākas komandas dala pirmo vietu, uzvarētājs tiek noteikts pārspēlē uz laukuma 13. bedrītes.
5.3. Bumbiņu marķēšana obligāta.
7.Pieteikšanās un izloze
7.1.Spēlētājam ir pienākums pieteikties uz sacensībām līdz 2016. gada 4. augustam plkst. 15:00 Ozo Golfa kluba recepcijā, pa tālr. 67394399 vai e-pastu ozogolf@apollo.lv

8.Starta laiki
Starts notiks saskaņā ar izlozi. Katrs spēlētājs ir atbildīgs par savlaicīgu ierašanos uz startu. Spēlētāji starta vietu kārtību drīkst mainīt tikai ar turnīra rīkotāju atļauju.
9.Dalības maksa
9.1.Kluba biedriem, RGS audzēkņiem un sezonas karšu īpašniekiem – EUR 20,-

5.2. Izloze notiek pamatojoties uz spēlētāju HCP. Izloze notiek 2016. gada 04. augustā plkst.16.00.
5.3. Kluba biedri - kundzes, seniori, jaunieši un jaunietes piesakoties deklarē, kurā vecuma grupā startēs.
6. Starta laiks
6.1.Starts notiks saskaņā ar izlozi no 01.bedrītes no plkst. 10:00. Informācija www.golfs.lv vai mob.tel.26444390.
6.2. Sacensību starta laiks un veids var tikt izmainīts klimatisku apstākļu dēļ.
6.2. Katrs spēlētājs pats ir atbildīgs par ierašanos uz savu starta laiku un vietu.
Reģistrācija 30 minūtes pirms starta.
7. Dalības maksa.
7.1. Sacensību dalības maksa katram spēlētājam 20,-EUR. Golfa kluba Viesturi biedriem 50% atlaide ( 2016.gada biedra kartes obligātas).
7.2. Green fee 20,-EUR, Golfa laukuma Viesturi sezonas karšu īpašniekiem, Latvijas junioru izlasei un „Davis Golf Style Academy” Junioru programmas dalībniekiem Green fee par brīvu.
7.3. Pusdienas iekļautas cenā. Pusdienas nodrošina Golfa laukuma Viesturi restorāns – Krogs „Vecmeita ar kaķi”.

Arrival
Registration will take place from 09:00h in the club house.
Breakfast will be served from 09:00h.
A tournament briefing and group photograph will take place at 10:30h. All participants are encouraged to attend where possible.
Golf
The practice facilities will be available for any players wishing to practice prior to play. The driving range is open from 09:00h and balls are complimentary for players.
Play will commence with a shotgun start at 11:00h. Please register at least half an hour before the shotgun.
Please ensure that you know your allocated starting hole. A draw sheet will be displayed in the registration area.
Format
Individual stableford competition, playing off full course handicap. Maximum handicap index is 24.0 for gentlemen and ladies. Any player with a handicap index of 24.1 and above will be allocated a 24.0 handicap index for the purpose of the event.
There will be a Nearest the Pin competition on hole 13 for gentlemen and for ladies.
One winner from each event will qualify to play in the Grand Final taking place in Belek, Turkey, between Saturday 29th October and Sunday 6th November 2016.

Lunch
Lunch will be served in the restaurant from approximately 16:30h.
Prize Presentation
The Prize Presentation will take place immediately following lunch at approximately 17:30h.
Dress Code
General: Standard golfing attire is permitted. No training shoes, denim or collarless shirts allowed.
Shoes: Participants must wear proper golf shoes, training shoes are not permitted on the course.

Mobile phones are strictly prohibited on the course.

Tournament Rules
Individual stableford competition off full handicap allowance.
The maximum handicap index will be 24.0 for gentlemen and for ladies. Any player with a handicap index of 24.1 and above will be allocated a 24.0 handicap index for the purpose of the event.
Gentlemen will play from the black Turkish Airlines tee markers and Ladies will play from the white Turkish Airlines tee markers.
Current handicap certificates are required and must be shown at registration or handed in prior to the tournament. Players who do not show their handicap certificate at registration may not be eligible to win a prize.
The following prizes will be awarded:
Winner – Gold Trophy and model plane
2 nd – Silver trophy and model plane
3 rd – Bronze trophy and model plane
Best Gross Score – Red trophy and model plane
Ladies’ Nearest to the Pin – Black trophy and model plane
Men’s Nearest to the Pin – Black trophy and model plane
Please note that any player WILL be eligible to win more than one prize.
The winner will progress to play in the Grand Finals, provided they are eligible to play according to the criteria set out in the Qualifying Competition Rules.
In order to be eligible to progress through to the Grand Final, the winner must hold a handicap issued by a validated handicap system that confirms to the regulations set out by the governing body and must have played in at least three handicap qualifying competitions during the 12 months prior to the date of the qualifying event.
The winner must email proof of the THREE handicap qualifying competitions to michael.haas@caa.com within 48 HOURS of the date of the qualifying event. Failure to provide this information by the deadline will deem the player not eligible to take part in the Grand Finals.
In order to be eligible to progress through to the Grand Final, players must be aged 21 or over on the day of the qualifying tournament.
Employees of Turkish Airlines and their relatives are not eligible to win a prize or take part in the Grand Final.
Please note that any player who has previously qualified for any Grand Final of the Turkish Airlines World Golf Cup Amateur Series (in 2013, 2014 or 2015) will not be eligible to progress to the 2016 Grand Finals should they be successful in the qualifying event.
In the event of a tie, the winner will be decided by count back over the last 9 holes, last 6 holes, last 3 holes then the 18th hole in that order until a winner is established. The last 9 holes will be considered to be holes 10-18 on the scorecard. If still tied, the front nine scores will then be counted by the same method.
The Committee will settle all decisions on the rules. Their decision is final.
The Committee reserve the right of modification.
The Committee will be announced on the tournament day.
General Rules
Play will be in accordance with the Rules of Golf as laid down by the Royal & Ancient Golf Club of St Andrews. Please see the scorecard or notice for local rules.
Please arrive at your designated tee at least 10 minutes before your designated start time. Penalty for breach of Rule 6-3a:
If the player arrives at his starting point, ready to play, within five minutes after his starting time, the penalty for failure to start on time is two strokes, which will be added to the players overall score for the round. Otherwise, the penalty for breach of this Rule is disqualification.
Play without ‘undue delay’ as Rule 6-7 will be enforced if necessary. Rounds should take no longer than 4 hours 30 minutes and players are requested not to putt out if they cannot score.
If at any time you play a ball which you think may end up lost or out of bounds, for speed of play purposes play a provisional ball – Rule 27.
Immediately after completing your round, thoroughly check, sign and return your card to the championship official. Penalty for breach of Rule 6-6b disqualification.
Any discontinuance of play will be governed by Rule 6-8 and notified by a continuous blast from a claxon. In the event of play being unable to resume, the results will be decided based on the least number of holes completed by any player participating in the tournament – a minimum of six holes must be completed for the tournament to be valid. Winners will be determined by calculating their gross score then subtracting the appropriate percentage of their handicap at the point of suspension (i.e. if nine holes are completed, half of the players handicap will be subtracted from their gross score after that point). Any player recording a no score on a hole will be awarded a net double bogey on that hole for the purpose of calculating winners.
The use of distance measuring devices is approved in all Qualifying Events and the Grand Finals of The Turkish Airlines World Golf Cup. For all play in the aforementioned competition, a player may obtain distance information by use of a distance-measuring device. If, during a stipulated round, a player uses a distance-measuring device to gauge or measure other conditions that might affect his play (e.g. elevation changes, wind speed, etc.), the player is in breach of Rule 14-3.
Grand Finals Information
• To allow for the creation of a Grand Final tournament handicap, all Grand Finalists must provide a printout of the last ten competition results. This print out must be verified and signed by the handicap secretary from the finalist’s home club and must be provided to ISM (events@ism.golf) by no later than Friday 14th October 2016. Failure to provide this information by the deadline may result in the Finalist receiving a tournament handicap that may not accurately reflect their current handicap or playing ability.
If the winner is not able or not eligible to attend the Grand Finals, the trip will be offered to the next available and eligible player.
